#1
Well for those interested, the ski is done aside from needing a new paint job...spent the past week converting a boat trailer to a two jet ski trailer...about finished...should be going out for test run any day now...

Nice work! I know jet skis have gotten a bad name with the fishing crowd because of some of the yahoo kid drivers, but I think they would make an awesome fishing machine. Those should be fun and get you into some good fishing areas.

Sturgeon on a jet ski anyone??

Are you putting any fishing mods on the skis?

I have already installed my Humminbird on it with an extra battery for it...shoot thru hull transducer is set....other than that I have a guy who is going to build me a cooler rack with rod holders on it for the back behind the seat...but I haven't done that yet as I want to sand it down and put a sweet paint job on it...but I need to test everything out first...I was going to throw it in a truck and take it for a open water test but its really big...10 feet long and 4 feet wide...kinda big and heavy for a pickup bed launch...so I had to wait til the trailer was finished...been welding for a week....maybe next day or two she'll be on the water.

Looks sweet, I often thought about doing the same thing with a jetski for rivers, and I wondered to my self if rhino lining would work to coat the hull in or if it would create to big of a lag in the water. Thought it may work for if you had to negotiate some shallow water.
