Anyone have any info on what the ice is looking like at Electric or Huntington? We love Electric Lake and have had incredible success there, but it's a long drive and I can't seem to get any updates.(which I'd rather have before driving hours). We were there 2 weekends ago and there was no chance of launching any kind of a boat since the road to the boat ramp was still covered in snow. Any help is appreciated.

Yeah I saw that one. It's still like a week old, which unfortunately could change a lot.

That is awesome! We ended up going up to Joes Valley instead, and a I must say it was amazing. We caught 5 types of trout(tiger, cutthroat, rainbows, splake, brown, brook) and I hooked a monster Tiger Muskie. Definitely a good time.

We went back up again today. Arrived at the boat ramp at 9am. The road to the boat ramp is good to go with no snow. The north end is really muddy right now due to the run off. We fished the south end of the lake today and had good success for smaller tigers and cuts. The water level is still very low.
