hyrum water level?

Was wondering if anyone knows what the water level is at hyrum? Went to East canyon and boy was I disappointed! It is incredibly low, the lowest I have seen it in a long time at this time of year. All the bass bedding areas completely bone dry! It was amazing and shockingly dry!
