Mantua lately?

Thinking about hitting up mantua from shore for some bass, has anyone been there lately? Does anyone know if the shoreline is fairly fish able or has all the vegetation in the water come in?

I was up there last Friday on my toon, No bass for me all bows and a few gills. Plenty of access from the shore, no were as mossy as last year.

We went up last weekend and did pretty well on the bass, caught about 30 and kept 4 smaller ones for dinner. We fished from a boat but there were lots of folks on the banks having fun too.
