I fished willard with a buddy for a few hours this morning. We fished the south east side between the inlet and south dike. There was one other guy there when we got there but he went over and fished the south west corner after a while. The water is real shallow for a long way out. 4 feet deep is all for a long way. We got out into ten feet of water but didnt catch anything. Not even a bite. There were three guys fishing just outside the north marina as well, hope they did better than I have the last two times I have been out. Theres plenty of thick ice. It looks like it will be a while before we are boating out there.<br><br>
