Where to find white bass to take the kids

Hey all -

Hoping for some help... would like to take the kids out to get some white bass around Utah Lake or the feeder streams and wanted to get some suggestions for where to go. My kids love fishing - and I'd love to be able to get 'em a few white bass... I have an idea of how to catch them once I find them (I've been researching alot, and have a little experience), but need to figure out where they are.

Let me know if you have any good (specific?) areas to look at...

[#0000FF]So far this year nobody has really got into them. Most of the fish are small and skinny from a low water year last year. And with poor nutrition they have not been developing eggs and do not seem motivated to school up for the spawn.

There have been a few caught around Lindon...both inside and outside the dikes. But definitely not what you would call a "run".
