Hello,
I am glad to have found this forum. I'm a novice fisherman and am eager to learn more about all aspects around fishing (lures, techniques, places to go, etc.). I'm from the Sacramento area and mostly fish the Sierra Mountain lakes.
My first fish caught (18 years ago) was about a 5lb. catfish. I was hooked after that. I've caught catfish, smallies, largemouths, 'bows, browns, macks, kokes, rockfish, lingcod, salmon, and sturgeon.
