Salmon flies?

Just wondering if anyone was lucky enough to catch the salmon fly hatch on the Ogden, or Southfork this year. I fished by the Oaks for a minute Sunday and didn't see any salmon flies buzzing around. The flows were terribly low, but I did manage to land a few browns. Very tough conditions in the canyon right now.
