Hey jaybee. I see you are kind of new to the forum (4 posts) so first I would like to welcome you!

I wish I could answer your question, but this is a forum read by people all over and I do not know which Twin Lakes SE you are referring to, I live in Washington State and there is a Twin Lakes near Wenachee and one in Snohomish County, Washington, but these may not be the one you are thinking of. I think your bet bet would be to find the forum for your home state and post this question there. Of course when you get an answer and you go catch some righteous bluegill we will expect to see pictures right back here on this forum!
