Where are the white bass?
#1
I want to know where the white bass are. I literally can easily pick them out by a few spots close to home but nothing this year. The weather have been hot especially I believe the water temperature is warm enough for them in the Jordan river.

This is one suspicious year. I want my catfish bait for my new spot.

I've been wondering the same thing. Last year, around April, I was able to find some in the side eddies in various spots down the street from where I work. This year, every time I went back those same spots were high and dry. It seems like the river flow hasn't changed much since winter.

One thing is for sure, white bass fishing is not very predictable, and things can change. Part of the fun of fishing for them is finding them.

Especially last year on the provo river was RED HOT by this time but it looks like this year is being sketchy. I knew I should of kept all of those white bass during ice fishing season [laugh]. They could of made some amazing catfish bait at this moment.

Well lesson learned next ice season I'm keeping my white bass [Wink]
