Met up with Doug at 1:00 pm. He had to work the first half of the day. Thought we check on the afternoon Crappie bite. We both got a good suntan. lol<br /><br />The bite was not to be found. The water temps. were 81* to 83*. The river current was very strong. With the current being so strong it was difficult attempting to get down to the strike zone and then to hold there.<br /><br />We caught 35 Crappie with 11 keepers. 95% of the keepers caught were not in the river. We used BGBS, Opening night w/tail light and Mo Glo Ghost.<br />
