I still can't find fluke in these waters of New Haven, but the blue crabs are in strong. I'll try barn Island launch with Pops Sunday. Must be fish somewhere. [:p]

you might want to try a new set up here the new go to bait for fluke is a spro bucktail tipped with a gulp alive floresent green minnow the bucktail doesn't have to be a spro but does have to beheavy enough to hold bottom I generally use a 6 oz bucktail jig they are killing the fluke here with this set up you can also tie on a trailer with spearing and squid about 18 inches from the bucktail tie it to the eyelet on the lure I bought a $20 jar of the gulps you can put them back in the jar to recharge the scent in the liquid I can email a link to you where I order my stuff from they are pretty reasonable and well stocked and they are in NJ
