Just bought a kayak and need some suggestions on where to take it? Any fish biting at jordanelle right now?

Congrats on the 'yak!

Fishing is fair at best almost everywhere right now, but it's a great time to get out and learn whatever foibles your yak has. They all do, and fishing from a kayak is a learned skill. You might even consider just taking the kayak out and not fishing from it much or at all. Paddling, steering, and the effects of wind and waves are more than enough to learn at first.
