In appreciation of our members here at Big Fish Tackle we have decided to hold the first Arizona BFT Big Bass Contest.
The contest will run from today, August 4th until August 31st, 2013.
The contest is open to all residents of the United States but all entries must be caught in Arizona waters. Also, all contestants must be a registered member of BigFishTackle.com The winner of the contest will be the entry with the largest certified weight (lbs). Largemouth and Smallmouth Bass species are what we are looking for.
All entries must include a photo with a CLEAR reading of the weight. I'm okay with everyone using Bogas, Digital Hook, Analog Hook type scales. Just please make sure I can see the fish and the weight in the same image. The image also must include some form of identification with your login name on it and must include BFT 2013 BB, the current date, and what body of water. You can write it on a piece of copy paper, print something off, I'm not going to be picky. Again make sure I can read it.
All entries must be submitted into the BFT BB 2013 thread. I'll update the contest standings as often as possible, ideally within 48 hours.
1st place wins a $50 Bass Pro Shop Gift Card.
2nd place entry wins a #HawgLife T-Shirt donated by Manny Chee Outdoors
3rd place entry gets a hug from Manny Chee. Okay not really a third place yet. We'll get to that.
Here is where it gets interesting. For the first 10 contestants, 1st place is the $50 gift card. For each additional 10 contestants the price increases $50. This amount increases to a max of $200. If we reach 40 contestants, I will restructure the prizes to 1st $150/gift card, 2nd $50/gift card, and the T-Shirt will go to 3rd place (Manny Chee Swag with KC Badger Art!!!)
