Recently a couple other guys from the forum and I made a few day trip to Yellowstone to chase some of the native cutthroat trout. The first day was a lot of fun and the rest of the trip was kind of a bust. I did a full report on the personal blog if you are interested in the pictures or details.

Beautiful! You guys sure worked to get that first amazing day. I would be recovering for a week after a hike like that!
Congrats on some great fishing. You earned it!

Great site, Chris! The first extreme close-up is an award-winning photo, in my opinion. You really should enter it in the outdoor photo contests. I can't believe you didn't see one buffalo. Wow! Mike

Chris,
Amazing report. Looks like a very fun trip. Next time you are I that area don't overlook the Lamar. Even if you only have a few hours it's usually worth it. Your blog is sweet, by the way.
