Utah Lake shore boundary dispute (update)
#1
Here's a link to a story in the Daily Herald today. Looks like there's hope after all for Provo Bay and other shoreline areas of Utah Lake that landowners have been greedily trying to get their hands on for some time.

EDIT: The article is at www.harktheherald.com and was posted on 12/03/03. For some reason the link doesn't work when you click on it here, but if you highlight it then copy and paste to your browser's address bar then it does work.

Hopefully the state can get things right this time.

Thanks for the heads up cat_man. Nice to see the deal is not done. I just hope that reason can win out in this deal. High water mark much higher than what the lake is at now. Sounds like the landowners are a bunch of greedy pigs if you ask me.
