I've managed quiet a few of them on clousers at Willard this year, wasn't targeting them but got them that way. Also picked up a few at lake Powell this year on the fly while wall eye fishing

Channel Cats are more aggressive and visual feeders than most people think. They will hit most streamers if they can see them.
Your best chance is to find cats in water that is reasonably clear. [signature]

There are places in the lower green where they are so compacted into a small area that I am sure they would eat a fly. Find a deep slow hole and there are catfish. Small though
