Work was slow this morning and I decided this afternoon to slip off and try a little fishing and break in my rebuilt power head. I had four keepers that would go 16 lbs. emoSmile Could not find a fifth keeper, did have only two others that were slicks. One of those days that I did not catch much but four of the six were nice ones. The other downer was I did not learn a dang thing. Four keepers, on four different baits, on four different patterns, at four different depths. emoDoh <br /><br />A 4/2 in four foot of water in the grass off a frog.<br />A 4/15 in 21 foot of water on rocks off a deep crank.<br />One of the 3 and a halfers were on the edge of a grass mat in about 10 foot off a shakey.<br />The other 3 and a halfer was in about 16 foot and came off a monster worm Texas rigged.<br /><br />The other two slicks were on the crank. I really feel I just had a pretty good junk fishing afternoon and hope I can repeat it this weekend in the CBA with Derek and manage the fifth to get a limit. It was very hot out there and was like glass most of the time. Very slight breeze that did help a little. Not many out today, I did see Davo who I had not seen for some time. emoToast Jmax
