hi im looking for a place to camp, fish, ride atv's. hopefully 3 hours out of slc. I'll be in a trailer with the wife and 16 yr old girls. any help will be appreciated

You can try the Vernon reservoir area. That comes to mind right now.

South of tooele follow the highway to Vernon, turn off just past pink building around curve. Follow dirt road to T then turn left. Can't miss the reservoir and campground.

I would suggest yuba as well. Two state parks, two ramps, lots of trails.

I would go down to Beaver. Three hour drive from SLC. Lots of small lakes up the canyon and the Paiute Trail for the wheelers.

With the onset of colder weather up high, and with a couple 16 yr old girls along , I would suggest Huntington north res state park. Nice facilities, some fishing. And great atv trails all around. You can head down san refael swell, or head up moreland and explore some old ghost towns, or head on up beyond moreland to view some elk and deer up on top. There is also nearby Cleveland Lloyd dinosaur quarry along with some pretty cool museums in the area. About a 2-2 1/2 hour drive there on paved roads
