Decided I needed to run the boat - it has been a long time. I owed a trip to Ty and he was eager to get out for a morning trip.<br /><br />32 degrees! The inside of the boat was slick with the frost. The fog was terrible on the river as I motored over to pick up Ty. 7 mph was the most I was willing to go in the thickest of it. We started out at the nuke discharge and caught a flock of small fish with the biggest only 9-1/2 lbs. It was a fun time and we both drifted and &quot;anchored&quot; (used the spot-lock) in different places but there were just no big fish to be had. It was cold, but there was no wind so it was bearable. Once the sun came out, it was really nice.<br /><br />We looked at our maps and discussed different places, and ran to check one of them out. No fish there today, but it just HAS to be a good spot and we will test it further. Fun and informative day with Ty and we got a bunch of laughs out of each other.<br /><br />Here are the pics of us with some of our magnificent catches:<br /><br />
