What can happen to sales??

I pulled out the sales I used at Yuba to look at them, I have had them a long time..

I wade a few thing and even the things that only wade 5# would not weigh but where the weight should come up I got two lines like when I tried to weigh the BUGLE-MOUTH_TROUT..
Yes the batteries was all but dead, so to all you BUGLE_MOUTH_TROUT lovers it may or may not have been over 30# but just so you know I did release it safe just like TD said was the best way to do...[]
