Starvation help?
#1
May go to Starvation in the morning or sometime soon. How has the fishing been and where is a good spot to get on some trout? I will be in a boat or a float tube.

Was up there last week. Rainbow fishing was off the hook. Use whatever jig you are confident with. Gulp! Minnows, tube jigs or maribous, they all slayed. We fished Knight Hollow bay where the water dumps in, out to the point. I'm sure a flyrod with white streamers or wooly buggers would do well also. Starvation has some amazing trout fishing! Hard bodied, hard fighting and delicious pink fleshed fish.
Starvation Steelhead for sure!

[#0000FF]Just got back. Fishing for trout was good but got blown off the lake early. Guys were catching nice size bows off the dock at the main ramp...and up along the gravel shorelines.

The Knight hollow area has been good...as has been the Rabbit Gulch area. Easy tube launching almost anywhere. Harder to find something the trout WON'T hit than something they will.
