Yuba slow

Fished Yuba from bank yesterday for a few hours with no luck. Started near the painted rocks area and worked my way to the dam. Fished with one other guy and talked to many others who had the same luck as us. Several reported they fished there recently and the fishing has been great but unfortunately not that day. I made maybe 1,000 casts with only 1 bite, or maybe snagged a carp. It didn't hang on for long but I did not get any scales in return. Threw night crawlers, rapalas, tube jigs, spro's, spinners, and spoons. Started cold but finished in 60 degree weather. Better luck next time.

SLOW, sounds more like off. Too bad, that is frustrating for sure when you find yourself throwing everything but the Kitchen sink and nothing works.

I was there a week ago and had the same luck you did. The water temps were 49-50 degrees. There were a couple of other boats on the water then and they seemed to have the same luck as we did.
