A couple late season bass
#1
This probably isn't worth a post, but hey, I'm bored.

This afternoon I was sitting around watching football and realized it was a really nice day outside, so figured I'd go wet a lure. I didn't feel like driving very far, so I stopped by a little pond by my house. Only stayed for 30 or so minutes, but did manage 2 fish.

One small large mouth... Maybe 6-7 inches.

The second fish was actually probably the biggest white bass I've ever caught. I wish I had a tape measure/scale with me, but I honestly think it was about 14 inches and about a pound and a half. A really fat healthy whitie.

Not a bad way to spend a November afternoon in Salt Lake.[fishin]

Thanks for posting your report and pics. Every fishing post is worth while, especially when things are as slow as they are right now[Wink]. Good going on the LM and whitey, sounds like a good outing.

Wetting a hook is better than sitting around watching football any day. A fish is a fish...thanks for posting!
