[fishin] fishing the Baja at Cabo San Lucas- having access to both the Sea of Cortez + Pacific ocean gives my bro and I a good opportunity to wet some line. We are newbies to surf fishing here and especially Jan- March. Any info on what rods, gear, methods(lure and bait), reading the water, fishing locations etc...would be mucho appreciated! We will be here for 3 months as noted. Im about to leave my home and want to bring the right gear.....help if you can, please....gracias. [angelic] Hey Kevin! Thxs for the suggestion! The report from Capt Geo contains tons of info for us. I will check with the Capt on Sunday again and so on until I make it south. Terrific fishing on the Pacific side, even from shore it sounds like. This will be a learning process for us but we will catch on pretty quick. Tight lines and thxs again!
