2 pole permit new rule

does anyone know if they passed the new 2 pole permit rule.
The rule that you don't need a 2 pole permit to fish with 2 poles, just a fishing license, i am gonna search the website soon, just wanted to know if any one knew.

It hasn't gone through the legislature yet. If an when they decide to pass it look for a July 1 implementation. Until then you need to buy a second pole permit.

Albinotrout is correct. They have not put anything into effect yet. I believe it will only change once the new license regulations/prices are put into effect.
