Sometimes you hit'um sometimes you don't. TnHooker owed me a payback but this time he piled on. Most times we take 2 boats we split up til some one finds the fish. Sailfish and I went up the creek. Turned the first corner and seen good sign. BIRDS lots of birds. Stayed in there 3 hrs water temp 45 dgrees and stained. TnHooker elected to go up river a ways. ended up catching 14 keepers and several throwbacks. Now these are a set of new rule keepers for us this year(Sizewise) We have changed our measuring device to mark at the 11 inch spot so if you'd like to do a little management come join us. Up River where they were water was clearing and water temp 38-40 degrees. Were pulling bobby garland and southern pro baits. Black Blue Chart seem to be the flavor of the day. I did make a pix and a friendly face when we got back to the ramp. Drumking with a piece of that peach cake he promised. Grin gonna heat it up now. Stay tuned!!!!!!
