[font "Comic Sans MS"][#800000][size 3]I sent an email to all of the rules committee members a couple of days ago and all I got was one response that said "Thank you for your email concerning HB37." That response doesn't give me a warm feeling that it will be coming out of the committee soon.
I also sent an email to the leadership folks this morning. Here is what I sent in case you need some help in drafting your own request.

The injustice being fostered on Utah citizens since 2010 with regard to public water access is untenable. HB37 will correct this injustice and WILL NOT harm private property owners in any way, shape, or form. So please, do whatever you have to do to get this bill out of committee immediately.[/size][/#800000][/font][font "Comic Sans MS"][#800000][size 3]"[/size][/#800000][/font]
