Strawberry Slush Report??

I was thinking of hitting Strawberry tomorrow and was wondering if anyone has been there Monday-Wednesday this week and can give a slush/ice report?

[font "Comic Sans MS"][#800000]There isn't any slush - its all been frozen solid. We were there Tuesday and snowmobiles and a quad were running all over the Strawberry Bay Marina area. The ice cap is 20 + inches thick.[/#800000][/font]

Thank you for the report dubob! How would you rate the Fishing? Was going to go today but decided to wait til tomorrow due to weather.

[font "Comic Sans MS"][#800000]We fished Strawberry Point and caught zero fish while 2 other guys in a tent about 50 yards away were catching at least half a dozen (one was a 21" cut). We moved over to Hawes Point about Noon and caught maybe 15 trout to include one cut below the slot and 2 bows. Stopped fishing about 3:15 PM.[/#800000][/font]
