It has been too warm during the daytime for the lake to get safe ice on it. I live fairly close to the lake on the Provo side and haven't seen any ice on the main lake yet. We would need several days where the high temp doesn't reach even the freezing mark for the lake to get really solid.

I believe that there's ice on some of the lake now, but there's not safe ice anywhere yet. It already partially froze over once then melted. It's so shallow that it's very vulnerable to day to day changes in temperature.

Stopped by AF boat harbor on the way home tonight. It is iced over. About 1 inch. Couldn't get on anywhere.
