Soldier creek marina road?

Has anyone been able to drive their 4x4 to the soldier creek dam or at least to the gate with the cabins on the left? Or is it only passable by sled.

The road is open - we drove sleds acrossed the lake so I didn't see how far it was plowed but the was no trailers out on the main highway - so I'm sure it's open at least into the cabin road.
