5 April Callville tournament
#1
For the life of me I can't figure out who/what organization had a Bass tournament out of Callville on 5 April. Someone that is better at doing searches figure that out for me please [Smile] I have been searching out every organization that I can find so I can build my own calendar so I know what days to try to avoid when I go out. I thought I had them all but I know there was a tournament on that day and none of them that I have found had a tournament then so I am missing at least one tournament organization in my calendar.

At least I am fairly sure there was a tournament. Between the amount of vehicles on the road at the same time pulling into Callville and the amount of boats that showed up north of echo about the same time it only makes sense that there was a tournament.

Ugggg. Good find. Thanks. I was on there a ton of times but when google searching I went straight to the schedule page and that one wasn't listed. Weird it isn't listed under schedule/results for Nevada.

It was driving me nuts thinking I was missing a organization.

What a pita trying to figure all the different ones out. I know they have to submit and get a waiver or whatever it is called for the lake/marina/etc to be able to conduct a tournament. Sure would be nice if a calendar was published on the Lake Mead/NPS events page.

Thanks!!!

I still can't figure out how you found that. I have clicked on just about every link there is on that site and can't find that page. Weird.

I used to fish the ABA tournaments and know people who still do so I knew about it through word of mouth. The ABA website is pretty terrible to navigate but if you just do a google search for Pat Donoho memorial tournament it is one of the first links. Also remember to look at the ABA Colorado River schedule, not just Nevada, for their Mohave tournaments as well.

Good catch... I see a couple more Mohave dates I need to add. That site is pretty hard to navigate that is for sure.

Thanks again.

That is a awesome catch and to get to the weigh in and only place 3rd is crazy! Some seriously impressive weights in that article for Mead. Multiple mid 20 pound bags. WOW.
