It's in the off topic forum, so I would say yes.

As a rancher, I have no use for peta. They are just looking for attention to raise more money that never makes it to help animals.

When he posted his reply it was on the Utah Fishing General forum. A moderator then moved it to the Off Topic Board.

The idea seemed so ludicrous to me when I read it in the Tribune this morning that I kinda freaked out and made noise I probably shouldn't have. I was outraged when the crosses memorializing fallen police were forced off public land by a lunatic fringe and the lunacy of a memorial for a truck load of turkeys that were on their way to slaughter anyway ----- This world is sure full of people far nuttier than I.

You can't put up memorials for lost loved ones or officers who died on the job on the roads but by God lets make a memorial for a truckload of butterballs. Oh wait I mentioned God, can I still do that? Whats next? tributes for every skunk, cat, dog, raccoon, rockchuck, deer, ect. that's been smacked on the roads. The levels of human stupidity never ceases to amaze me.

I'll do my part in remembering those turkeys. I'm going to buy a turkey and smoke it. Maybe this weekend and put off smoking a brisket for another couple weeks. We can all do our part and bake, smoke or deep fry a turkey.
