Jordan River Murray Area

I just moved up here to the SLC area. I have fished the Jordan in the Lehi area but never up here. I was going to hit the 3900 S. and about 875-900 W. area and drop a worm.

Is it decent fishing for kitties there?
Are there more than just kitties up in this area?

Suggestions welcomed on a close place to hit some fish on the Jordan.
