this just in: 2-1/2" ice at Echo they caught alot of perch and some nice size bows.

Hyrum is still unsafe. Noticed a lot of holes in the ice as I was going acrosss the dam tonight. I believe alot of rocks were thrown to test the ice. The rocks won.

Sat. afternoon Pineview was about 70% open, however I did see several people on the ice at the first small bay north and east of the dam. most of the ice looked a little questionable.

ECHO LOOKED GREAT THIS MORNING. I WILL BE THERE ON SATURDAY MORNING. WATCH FOR THE TURKEYS ROOSTED IN THE COTTON WOODS ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE LAKE.
