Is the small boat ramp at Rock Cliffs still way out of the water like last fall? If it is are they letting you drive off the ramp to get to the water to launch kick boats and float tubes?

Fished there two weeks ago in my pontoon boat. We drove down right to the water edge. No issues. Caught only a couple of rainbows. Slow fishing that night. Cold. My friend caught a nice big rainbow. He was happy.
Had a few hits on flies, but the few fish came on power bait.
