Pelican weekend

Spent the weekend at Pelican and did very well for lmb. Had my brother with me and we caught well over 100 bass. Biggest was 2 lb 2 oz. No monster but alot of fun. Most were between 10-14 in. We fished the shallows in my 14ft flat bottom.

CnF - what was the water temp/air temp? Thinking of heading out this weekend before the whole dang thing is sucked dry by the farmers.

I'm not sure what the water temp is but all the fish we caught were shallow. During the day it would get around 85°.

I really didn't see any bluegill action but they are starting to get active. Talked to some people on toons and said they had caught a few but it was starting to pick up.

PS- just for the record I did not buy the icehouse [:/].
