Willard water?

Has the water level come up at all at Willard? Only the center ramp section was open a couple weeks ago. If it has not come up, it won't be long before the irrigation dew down takes a great toll.

Doesn't look good for any further increases. But Pineview is up so maybe there will be sustaining releases through the summer.
