I broke my 4pc TFO signature rod last week on the Snake River. Some how I lost one of the middle section a long my way down the river. I check their warrenty policy and it said I had to send in the whole rod. Well I felt pretty sick that I wasn't going to get it fixed (lifetime warrenty). So I gave them a call and explained what happened. They said that they understand things happen. Just send in what I had with a note explaining what happened and they would take care of it. I haven't sent it in yet but that is what I call customer service.
