Troutrods (Bassrods & Browns)
#1
[#0000FF]Some of the more recent members...or older ones with poor memories...give Bassrods a tough time about not posting pics of the bigger trout he catches. He reports them but seldom takes pics of them any more. He used to. And when I was a moderator he sent copies to me to help him put them in his posts. I kept a few of those pics and just came across them while doing some picture archive maintenance.

Most of these pics are from the 2006 time period. It was routine for him to catch multiple browns over 24 inches on some outings. He fished for bass but also caught a lot of both rainbows and browns on the goodies he used for smallies.

These are for you Clif.

Thanks for posting those. I don't take many pics either, usually because I'm alone and trying to get the fish back into the water quickly. Nice looking fish, Cliff!

[#0000FF]Yeah, I did a pretty good job with the fish. Not much even Photoshop could do with Cliff's purty kisser.[/#0000FF]

Don't take it too hard. This is some of the proof that you actually know what you're doing.[angelic]

Now to see some of your more recent work.[Wink]

Have you heard about the great new technology called a go pro black edition with a tripod mountain on your fishing deck [laugh] or did you forget how to operate a camera already??? [laugh]

You sure are picky...[crazy][crazy][crazy]

I fish alone myself a lot. I love my GoPro. I had the same issue, caught nice fish, and never took shots cause taking them myself was a waste.

Here are some shots I took with my GoPro. LOVE IT!
