Wind River YM Trip 2014
#21
Darn what an adventure! Those young men will remember that trip the rest of their lives.
Hope you can keep that 20 off and go at least once more.
Father time is stalking all of us, Bugger already caught me and has been kicking my arse.
But I keep fighting back.
Story brought back many memories and got the blood pumping
Thanks! Ken

Hey Ken glad you enjoyed the memories it stirred up. Funny we don't spend many of our hours doing such things, but I know I sure reflect on those hours and cherish them. I'm going to keep trying to pull these trips off probably won't be able to one day but I hope it won't be for awhile. Got to train my replacement first anyway. We took horses this year and it took half of our pack weight and that sure made a big difference, plus I didn't take my float tube or waders so that saved 10 lbs too.

Hope Father Time will give you a break so you can do it again even if it is to a short hike lake, if not enjoy an Idaho lake on the weekday and it will feel almost the same. Good luck and thanks for your comments. Jeff
