Flaming Gorge Burbot from Bank?

I am going to be in rock springs WY next monday and was wondering if you could find any fish on the gorge from the bank. I wont have a boat and was wondering if you can catch burbot from the bank during the day? What about trout or bass? I have fished the confluence south through the ice but never been out there during the summer. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know about the bank fishing up there but was told there is quite a few rattle snakes in some areas to look out for. Can't confirm but thought I'd pass it on, rather be safe than sorry.

You can catch smallmouth anywhere along Flaming Gorge. Any crayfish or minnow imitation will work (natural colors)

Hey Andrew we used to bank fish at Anvil Draw off a point with velveta and we nailed a bunch of nice bows. Probably still work, I can't remember the exact spot it was on a side trail. Good luck. J
