Hey is there any public access on Asay Creek or Mammoth Creek from HWY 89?? I have never fished there and want to but unsure where to go

Well I fished Assay Creek this morning....I wasn't as impressed. I fished the public access areas along old 89. I fish several other creeks in that area of Utah and have found them much more impressive. Maybe I just dont know where or how to fish assay.
