Wakeless at Newton effective August 1, 2014

Recreation for Newton comes under the control of Hyrum State Park, but I don't see them having a regular patrol on Newton to insure this is being adhered to. Somebody will have to determine when the magic level has been reached and post signs at the launch indicating that the reservoir is in a wakeless mode of operation. And Sheriffs Deputies, COs, or Park Rangers will have to monitor it to garner any kind of compliance. Young, energetic power squadron users full of adult beverages are notorious for thinking the rules don't apply to them.

But this won't be a problem for me because I only fish it through the hard deck. []
