Went out for a while this morning and tried to stay away from the CBA guys as best I could. <br /><br />I thought for sure I would find a few with the frog but I couldn&#39;t buy a bite. I caught a few short fish on shallow cranks at the edge of the grass and I picked up a couple of decent fish on a worm under a few docks. For a while I caught a fish on every dock I went to. I thought I had a pig off one of them. It was kind of wierd. I felt it pick it up. Set the hook and saw a very nice fish boil the water under the dock. But.. The fish felt small. I saw the big fish again but... It was only trying to steal the worm from the smaller fish I had on the line. Looked 5 plus. The fish I caught was not even a pound. <br /><br />I moved all over the place. Tried deep cranks, deep jigs, big worms, blow downs... About everything I could think of deep and shallow. Just couldn&#39;t find any quality fish. <br /><br />Best fish I caught was actually a double on a sexy dog. Fish were schooling every where around me... I toss the sexy dog in the middle and as soon as it hit the water it was gone. Fish jumped and it was a single. But when I got it to the boat it was a double. Both fish were about 2.5 to 3lbs. Nice size fish. <br /><br />That was pretty much it. Maybe 10 to 12 fish and maybe 4 would keep.
