i have fished the Fremont quite alot...my family has a place in Loa. The upper Fremont has a few good size fish but mostly smaller trout 8-14 inches. The lower Fremont has some really good Browns 12" to 20"+...only downside there is much of it is on private property. Stop by the Fly shop in Loa...the" Quiet fly fisherman".

The Sevier in Kingston Canyon is really good brown should be on beds...so be careful

A lot of the lower Fremont is tied up in private property. The fish hatchery in Bicknell also released a large amount of bleach into the river system (on accident) this summer. It killed a bunch of fish and it will probably be a year or 2 before the river recovers.
The East for of the Sevier is a good choice. Kingston canyon was already mentioned, but there's a lot of good fishing in Black Canyon a few miles south of Antimony.
