Strawberry Reservoir 12/5/14
#1
Hit the Lake with Deerinator and one of our buddies. We were on the water by 630, and motored over from the marina to a nice shelf. We fished in 39 fow and caught fish from 3-37 feet. We ran power Bait rods and jigging rods. In the morning paddle bugs were the ticket typed with worm; then as the fish went deeper, from the temperature going up, we switched to white tube jigs tipped with chub meat.

Between the three of us, we landed well over 40 fish. We were able to catch 2 bows and 2 sub slot cutts to take home. The wind stayed down the entire day, and the temp rose to 48.

We left at 230 after a great day on the cold water.

Deerinator has a bunch more pictures from the trip. All in all great day.

Thank you for the report and pics. Now I wish I hadn't put away my boat for the winter. The second pic looks like somebody standing on ice with no snow on it and very clear ice. I guess I'm longing for the frigid weather to come and freeze up the Berry[laugh].
