tip-up's for trout

Anyone run tip-up's for rainbows or browns? I'm looking into buying a tip-up and testing one out. I know they are popular for pike but I mostly target rainbows and wonder if it would even be worth it or if I should just stick to two rods. Any tips or info would be greatly appreciated.

The Jaw Jacker is one of the more popular devices that a lot of the local ice fisherman use. You can also make your own using PVC.

I agree with wiperhunter! Jaw jackers are much funner than tipups!
