Hello BFT brothers,

I went ice fishing this a.m. (9-12) and caught 3 rainbows. 2 planters went back, but I kept a 12 or so incher for lunch. The ice was 4 inches thick.

I used my new flasher for the first time and loved it. Take note of the BFT sticker on my bucket. If you see me out, come say "Hi".

I hate that place. Been there three different times, and three different times been skunked. All three times were from shore. I've been meaning to take the tube out there.

Just curious, how deep does that pond get?

It is around 40 ft at the begining of the year. Goes down to 25 at the end.

Ice fishing is more productive for me. From shore can be tough in the summer. I have been skunked a lot too.

I just bought a boat that I can take out the after the ice is gone. It will be better than shore fishing. I am sure of it. [bobhappy]
