[unimpressed] Fished Rockport on Friday. the ice varied from 3-5 inches on the SE side. Fishing was slow. 3 rainbows on the ice in 4 hrs.
Returned on Sunday for another try and caught 6 in 2 1/2 hrs on the west side near the restroom. Two rainbows over 2 lbs & 20+ inches.
Anyone else do much better?

It sounds like it will pick up soon, hopefully the ice hangs around. Thanks for the report

I was at Rockport on Sat fished 3-4:30. The ice was 4 inches thick 10yds from the boat ramp. 20 yds out is was 3.5 and 30 yds it was 3 inches thick. That is where I fished. The depth was 20 ft. Saw fish on the finder but no bites. Nice out.
I hope the ice gets thicker but I have my doubts as the temps are up again.
